Birdland beach resort club Bolinao – a family getaway
My family had a wonderful Christmas getaway at Birdland beach resort club Bolinao on December 17-18, 2022. I booked a Grand Cabanna Sea View Cottage and King Stone Lodge rooms. We stayed at the resort for one night. We had a great time. The place is very relaxing and the sunset view was amazing. The beach was a nice place to walk. The staff are kind and accommodating. It was a perfect place for family get together. If you plan to spend your holiday here, here’s my review of Birdland beach resort Bolinao.

Why we spent Christmas getaway at Birdland beach resort club Bolinao
It is our family tradition to spend Christmas somewhere on a beach resort or a hotel. Close to nature while spending quality time with each other. And this is a rare chance for us to get together. Last year, we were camping at Camp Puor in Bolinao. It was fun! And this time, we would like to try a new place, therefore, we decided to spend it Birdland beach resort Club. We arrived early. Luckily, we were allowed to go down by the beach. We left our stuff at the reception. We could take pictures and explore the place. Everything was nearly perfect.
Except the foods that were not very satisfying at the restaurant. For example, the vegetable was almost cold and small serving. The coffee was nothing special, too.

- if you’re coming from Manila, you can take a five star bus at Cubao or Pasay terminal to Bolinao.

- You can take a tricycle to the resort.
- It’s only 2.6 km and would take around 10 minutes.

Here are a few things to expect at Birdland beach resort club
- Outside foods are not, except small biscuits and water.
- Parking is free of charge.
- Dogs and cats are allowed.
- Don’t expect too much of the foods at the restaurant, they may not be satisfying
- There’s free welcome drink upon check-in
- Swim wear must be used in the swimming pool
- Late check-out is possible, ask the reception
- Access to the fitness center is free of charge
- Bike rental is available at the resort
- 24 m salt water pool is open 24 hours.

Additional tips
Here are some helpful tips when you stay the resort.
- Arrive before check-in to enjoy the place. Although you won’t be allowed to enter yet to your accommodations, you can however go to the beach, relax and take photos.
- The nearby town is around 30 minutes away by tricycle from the resort. You can check some restaurants or cafes there.
- Children six (6) years below are allowed to be in the same room. For more than six (6) years old, ask the reception for confirmation.
- If you have any questions, send them a message on email or on their Facebook account.
Personal note
Although the food wasn’t appetising, my family had a great time spending the Christmas holiday at Birdland beach resort club Bolinao. And our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The best part is, it is dog-friendly. So my sister Amber can bring Bruce. It is highly recommended for families. Overall, it was a lovely stay!
